Deena Smith, Meditation Facilitator, CMT and Holistic Bodyworker
I was always a seeker and a seer and eager for deeper connection. I rode along my youth trying to fit in, while being unique. I investigated every aspect of a holistic heart & health-centered way of life as young as 14 years old. Being passionately interested in health and wellness, I studied modalities of healing and wellness and had teachers and mentors from Native American, Celtic and Yogic traditions as well as a brief apprenticeship with a Holistic Doctor. I relentlessly tried many different careers, from being a touring musician to a busy hairstylist to a stressed out sales manager before landing safely in the Bodyworker –Healer industry. My work is honed from these many experiences; I use Myofascial Release, Trigger Point therapies, along with subtle neuromuscular release and intentional breath-work. I work to inspire clients to rediscover their bodies internal compass and to connect to their souls’ own unique power to restore balance. My training helps me facilitate the Shamanic arts to help awaken your own intuitive presence. My mission is to facilitate or help activate a client’s own self-healing gifts and bring greater sense of wellness to their own unique body and inner awareness. Using many modalities simultaneously enables me to construct an individualistic session unique to the client’s healing journey needs.
My work is hands-on, heart centered and soul-tuned designed to help ground, renew and restore a sense of wellbeing for a greater alignment within yourself.

Devin Romo, CMT
As a California State Certified Massage Therapist, I am dedicated to bringing balance and relief to my clients. My practice is medically driven to alleviate chronic pain due to repetitive strain or trauma related injuries. I believe that massage is an essential tool for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My holistic approach to healing considers the mind, body, and soul.
Ali Wargo, CMT
I’m Ali Wargo and I am a massage therapist from Sonoma County. Growing up in Santa Rosa and doing my massage training in Petaluma I love where I am from! Being a massage therapist is truly something I take pride in. Supporting my clients in a safe environment where they can relax and I can help ease their pain is one of my biggest goals. I would describe my style as deep tissue incorporating both sports massage and Swedish techniques. I love formulating strong connections with clients so we can continuously work together and make a plan on what steps and actions to take to better heal their bodies. It makes me happy knowing I can bring smiles to people’s days in a world where life can feel so hectic and scary at times. I value the trust of my clients more than anything and want to make sure my communication is always clear and kind.

Greg Hagaman, SIP & Rolfer
I am a member of the U.S. Bobsled and Skeleton team from 1985 to 1997. My interest in holistic health began while working as a bridge painter and a commercial fisherman. Both occupations put a great demand on my body and many times I worked in pain. My search for ways to become pain-free lead to Structural Integration.
I have been a practicing since 1998, certified by The Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado. I have practiced in Europe, New York, Rhode Island, and California.
Deep Tissue bodywork: Structural Integration is a deep tissue bodywork form that optimizes alignment, balance and posture in the human body. Compensatory patterns release while pain and injuries disappear. Practitioners use fingers, knuckles and elbows to slowly “iron” the tissue. Tired tissue can be like a dry compressed sponge. The ironing process is like adding water to the sponge allowing tissues to soften, rehydrate and expand, giving it tensile strength. I look forward to helping you heal.
Ashley White, CMT
As a devoted massage therapist, I specialize in crafting personalized sessions that integrate deep tissue, Swedish, and Shiatsu techniques. My approach promotes relaxation along with tension relief. I am dedicated to creating a space where clients feel not only physically rejuvenated but also deeply comfortable. Incorporating massage into your routine can help promote better sleep, boost your mood, as well as offer stress reduction. Massage can be a valuable investment to your mental and physical well being, so let’s embark on a journey to wellness together. I look forward to meeting you.
